**The position**

Redox have an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join the Transport office in Minto. Referred to internally as a Transport Support Officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
- Organising & writing consignment notes
- Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
- Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
- Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
- Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
- Releasing forward orders
- Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
- Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
- Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
- General Administrative duties
- Customer service
- Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
- Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox’s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S in compliance with state and federal legislation.

**About you**

You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations.
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer centric with high attention to detail
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills - Office 365, WMS, CRM.
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
