**Group Solutions Support Coordinator**

The Business Services Centre (BSC) contributes to Downer’s success by delivering scalable finance-related services, leveraging the capability of our people, technology and standardised processes. We are looking for a Group Solutions Support Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis based in North Ryde NSW, St Kilda Road VIC or Milton QLD offices.

The Group Solutions Support Coordinator provides administration and support services across the Group Solutions Team. The role will support the General Manager and a number of teams within Group Solutions, including the HR/Payroll Systems Team, the Training Team and the Delivery Team.

The Group Solutions Team, provides governance, functional, change, training, and delivery expertise across Downer’s group solutions. The Group Solutions Team is part of the Business Services Centre, reporting under the CFO function.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- SharePoint administration and maintenance of the IR/EA register including but not limited to:

- In conjunction with the IR Team, administer access to the IR/EA SharePoint site.
- Proactively maintain the IR/EA register, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate, including both Industrial Relations and Payroll details.
- Produce and distribute updates on EA build progress to BSC and Business stakeholders.
- Proactively improve the site to optimise site functionality and in response to business requests.
- Deliver training and provide support to SharePoint site stakeholders on all matters regarding the IR/EA register.
- Scope - 30,000 employees across 100+ industrial instruments.
- Maintain the Industrial Instrument Agreement listing within Service Now.
- Maintain IR/EA build project plans in Microsoft Project, including co-ordination with resources and team leads to ensure activities are delivered as per plan.
- Support key meetings:

- Coordinate and chair the weekly IT Support for Payroll Systems Support Teams.
- Coordinate and chair the weekly Test Prioritisation meetings for Payroll Systems Support Teams.
- Attends the weekly EA Build progress meetings for Payroll Systems Support Teams.
- Coordinates bi-monthly meeting with the IR/HR to develop an EA forecast.
- Support the completion of Training Service Requests in Downer’s LMS as assigned via the IT Portal.
- Support Group Solutions purchase order processing requirements.
- Support new team members onboarding processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- General administration and team co-ordination tasks.

**What you bring**
- Tertiary qualification preferably in IT, HR or Finance discipline. Understanding the criticality of Industrial Agreements and Modern Awards
- Experience in working in HR/Payroll Systems teams in a large corporate environment.
- Experience in managing competing priorities and stakeholders.
- Good time management skills
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the Downer Group.
- Experience in Process optimisation
- Customer focused.
- Demonstrate the ability to act with integrity.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organised.
- Highly advanced written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- “Hands on” approach.
