Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Groups Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20-minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed, level-headed Front Office Groups Coordinator to provide the highest level of customer experience to all groups. This role is the main point of contact for our groups' tour leaders, responsible for preparing for group arrivals, room allocations, check-ins, confirming tours/shuttles or dinner reservations, and preparing and checking final departure bills. In short, you will be the liaison between our resort and the groups to ensure all information is shared for an amazing experience

Key Duties
  • Ensure the smooth running of all group functions and related operations
  • Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes adhere to department procedures
  • Assist in training new front office team members and serve as a role model
  • Provide high-quality service to all guests by responding to inquiries and issues efficiently

Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
