ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in our global client's corporate office, you will work as a team of 2 Officers and you will report to and receive support from our Security Supervisor. The role is a mix of reception officer duties, security patrols, record keeping, access control, CCTV monitoring, and assisting the facilities management team. This is a people-facing role where the use of technology is key - so we are looking for someone with previous corporate security experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and exemplary customer service.

**Responsibilities of the position include**:

- Use of the telephone system and internal message system (Skype/MS Teams), booking meeting rooms, and providing visitor passes to guests.
- Direct and maintain the good order of the public from common areas.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier deliveries and collections.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the site, in-line with designated patrol routes.
- Maintaining records of patrols and security incidents on site.
- Monitor site access control systems and CCTV.
- First Aid Officer and Fire Warden duties.
- Assist the facilities management team when required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a Victorian Security Licence.
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Qualification (CPR must have been renewed in the past 12 months).
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (2 doses).
- Computer-literate, and comfortable using the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
