**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Demonstrate a strong eye for detail in all aspects of bar operation, from drink preparation to presentation.
- Maintain excellent personal presentation standards at all times.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails to guide and assist guests in their choices.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure the bar area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Take on a leadership role, motivating and guiding team members to achieve their best.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- A team player with strong leadership qualities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
