We are undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion and are **expanding to Brisbane this December with a brand new restaurant open seven days**

**The Role**:
We are searching for the best of the best Experienced Sommelier looking to take the next step in their career.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain highest level of personal wine, grower and supplier knowledge, being up to date with latest products, influences, growing regions and vintages.
- Team mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Maximizing sales
- Ability to build and nurture healthy relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.

**The Person**:

- Proven experience in a similar role as a Sommelier in fine dining restaurant environment
- Strong wine knowledge
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail
- WSET or relevant qualifications
