We at Rightwaycare looking for devoted Disability Support Workers. If you want to make a change in the lives of people with a disability, and are genuinely interested to work with them, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for casual staff all over Sydney

About the role

As a Disability Support Worker you are required to assist the client with daily activities, which include, but are not limited to:
Personal Care (male/ female);
Household tasks (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc...);
Meal preparation and feeding;
Community Participation;
Companionship Office Admin

Skills and experience

Certificate III in Individual Care or Cert IV in Disabilityhighly regarded.

Current First Aid cert.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Hold a current Disability Support Worker qualification (or willing to obtain one).
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Are reliable, patient, and compassionate.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain one).
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Visa and COE ( only if Applicable)
- Passport

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paramatta NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
