**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

Are you a problem-solver who thrives on delivering outstanding service? Join Neverfail’s busy Yatala Distribution Centre as a **Customer Service Coordinator**, where your hands-on support will directly impact our customers’ satisfaction and operational success.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Resolve delivery and service issues with empathy and efficiency, collaborating closely with logistics and dispatch teams.
- Provide real-time updates on deliveries, manage exceptions, and coordinate timely solutions.
- Support walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps, and equipment returns, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with site safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.
- Assist with operational tasks such as stock verification and cooler handling during customer collections.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous service improvements.

**LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU**
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to diverse customer needs.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Teams, and others.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to update and retrieve accurate customer and delivery information.
- Committed to site safety and operational compliance.
