You enjoy the variety each day brings;
- Client Invoice submissions with supporting service dockets
- Uploading test service dockets to SharePoint
- Generation of new service calls as required
- Purchase order reviews and receipting
- Assisting with call centre in-bound phone coverage & customer service
- Maintenance of central company mailbox
- Client Portal maintenance and uploading
- Placing Uniform and stationery orders via central portal
- General admin office support and coverage

Your skills;
- Strong administration &/ or customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced service environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent co-ordination & time management skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong customer focus
