**Your next career opportunity**
As the Coordinator, Data and Systems for Student Life at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data and technology to enhance the student experience. You'll have the opportunity to manage complex datasets, drive process improvements, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that directly impact student success. Your role will be crucial in optimising programs like Academic Mentoring and Melbourne Peer Mentor Program, making this a key position for those passionate about digitisation and data-driven decision-making in higher education.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage Complex Data: Prepare, support, and maintain multiple complex datasets and reports for Student Life programs.
- Enhance System Integration: Support systems-related program delivery, including data flow, processing, testing, and quality assurance across multiple platforms.
- Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancements and support the development of solutions to achieve better outcomes for students.
- Deliver Insightful Reporting: Produce regular analysis, evaluation, and reporting for senior executives, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration.

You are a data-savvy professional with strong analytical skills, experience in systems optimisation, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance student support services in higher education.
**You may also**:
- Have a degree and/or extensive relevant experience in business analysis and process design.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering and evaluating services that respond to diverse student needs.
- Show proficiency in working with multiple, complex large datasets in a deadline-driven context.
- Have experience preparing both informal updates and formal reports for senior management.
