**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Billing and Receipting Administrator**to ensuring accurate and timely receipting of payments, customer invoicing, and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the organisation’s financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process and receipt payments received via various channels, including bank transfers, credit cards, and cash.
- Match payments to invoices and customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate allocations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment allocations and customer accounts.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices based on approved billing information.
- Address invoicing queries from customers and internal teams promptly and professionally.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable balances.
- Ensure accurate recording of revenue and receipts in accounting software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements.

**About You**:

- Experience in accounts receipting, customer invoicing, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
