The Head of Group Training is a pivotal role in our senior leadership team, as they oversee the growth and development of all our current modalities, Group Fitness, RFX CrossFit, Reformer Pilates and our latest functional strength and conditioning programme VAULT.
Working across all of the sites you will be a natural leader, with high operating standards that are grounded in delivering member experiences that leave them wanting more. Reporting through to the Chief Experience Officer and working alongside our Head of Personal Training you will be someone who operates above the line and ready to take anything on. With dotted lines to our Head Coaches and Managers, you’ll be a natural collaborator with a clear communication style.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a proven track record of leading high performing teams
- Passionate about our services and walks the talk
- Strong business acumen, to plan, strategize and execute member value/experiences
- Subject matter expert in group training modalities
On the Daily:
- You’ll be analysing the data and looking for opportunities for growth
- Spending time on the grounds, meeting with Head Coaches/Managers always assessing the gameplan and providing support
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
