This is a hybrid position primarily based in Abbotsford. We’re committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office following successful completion of probation, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. **Some of your key responsibilities may include**:
- Leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
- Managing the day-to-day planning, control, and direction of activities for the team
- Driving positive change and continuous improvement
- Inspiring and creating enthusiasm, energy and cooperation in others to achieve work objectives
- Coaching and encouraging staff to perform at their optimal level
- Overseeing team performance, reporting and monitoring quality of outputs to ensure services are at optimum levels.
- Client liaison related to operational performance, changes, and risks.Driving customer satisfaction through provision of quality service to our internal and external clients.
- **What will you bring to the role?**
- Proven experience leading a team of customer service officers responsible for providing service and advice to customer accounts.
- Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading customer service teams - building capability; meeting performance goals; and always fostering, and maintaining, a customer focused work culture.
- Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform, and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Excellent analysis, verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to deliver feedback and motivate colleagues
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and an underlying commitment to delivering quality outcomes
