Ayudar con la administración de las autorizaciones, tarifas y restricciones de habitaciones; incluyendo la comunicación de restricción de tarifas y la estrategia de las propiedades. Realizar todos los informes de fin de mes de gestión de ingresos y auditoría; y proporcionar información prospectiva a los efectos de la previsión, la orientación de las áreas de necesidad, y el equilibrio de las expectativas financieras. Generar, procesar y actualizar con precisión, todos los informes de gestión de ingresos de la propiedad y del mercado; y actuar como fuente principal para la mayoría de las necesidades analíticas, y dar informes del equipo de gestión de ingresos. Ayudar con el mantenimiento del sistema; incluyendo, pero no limitado a, la introducción de obstáculos de tarifa, la supervisión de la demanda prevista, la actualización de la previsión de grupo, y la ejecución de comprobaciones diarias del sistema. Ayudar con la formación de asociados nuevos según sea necesario en herramientas de gestión de ingresos. Asistir con la implementación de estrategias de ventas dentro de los hoteles en los sistemas de reservas e inventarios.
