**Starbright Early Learning located SOR in Booragoon is a beautiful small homely 40 place centre, which caters for children aged from 15 months to 5 years. We're looking for a motivated and passionate experienced Full-Time Diploma Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Teacher.**

We work closely with our team of staff and support them throughout all aspects on a daily basis. You will be supported by experienced Educators and will share the responsibilities of observations, programming and planning, with your role being to promote a collaborative team environment.

Ability to document learning in meaningful ways

Room Lead Educator position: confident with the day to day running of the room, documentation and planning of experiences for the children

Developing, planning, and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework

Thrive and work together in a family team environment.

Be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching degree (or be working towards)

Experience in a similar role, preferably 1-3 years

Work closely with the Centre Director

First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain) and current working with children's check

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
