- Diploma Qualified Educator
- Certificate III Educator (Part-time or Full-time)
- Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for a **Full-Time Diploma Qualified, ECT, Cert III or Diploma Educator** to work for a family-owned company who are genuinely passionate about offering high quality Childcare and Education to work in a family friendly environment where;
- The priority for our Educators is to spend valuable time engaging with all children.
- Realistic documentation expectations (educators are not expected to send photos daily or communicate with families using software technology)
- Supportive management with a hands-on attitude.
- Consistency of permanent employed Educators
- Give lots of personalised support, love and attention to all children.
- Responsible and able to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Strong positive relationships with our children & families.
- Thrive and work together in a fun, positive and happy family team environment.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and professional development.
- Willingness to learn and inspire others to continue on their learning journey.
- Building lasting and meaningful relationships with families so they feel informed and sure their children are receiving the best education and care in the community.
- We are looking for Early Childhood Educators to join our team of proud and professional Educators, to work within a family team environment who are committed to providing the highest quality care for children and their families in a welcoming and comfortable ambience and where you can build respectful and supportive working relationships._

- Build strong and meaningful relationships with our children, families and other educators
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Responsible and able to maintain a safe and secure environment
- An honest, patient, reliable and punctual person
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Be able to support the Room Lead Educator with the day to day running of the room, documentation and planning of experiences for the children
- Thrive and work together in a family team environment.
- Be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
- Current working with children's check and first Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
