**What you’ll do**:

- Support Senior/Principal Geochemists and Project Managers to scope and deliver high quality hydrogeochemical assessments within allocated timeframes and budgets.
- Interrogate geochemical and water quality datasets to develop chemical source terms.
- Develop predictive water quality and geochemical models using software such as PHREEQC, Geochemist Workbench (GWB) and/or MIN3P.
- Collate, assess, and interpret modelling outputs and prepare technical reports.
- Manage projects or packages of work as well as clients.
- Collaborate with other teams within WSP to deliver integrated and multi-disciplinary projects to our clients.

**About you**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in either (geo)chemistry, hydrogeology or earth sciences with previous consulting experience preferred.
- Ideally, 2+ years of relevant professional experience in predictive modelling projects/studies.
- Familiarity with standard geochemical characterisation tools and resources, including static and kinetic geochemical assessments.
- Knowledge of Australian guidelines and regulations in Mining and Water Quality.
- Scientifically mined and practical, dynamic, pro-active, curious, and capable to work independently and autonomously.
- Analytical skills, including data manipulation and statistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
