**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Retail Sales Assistant** to support our motivated team and drive sales in our Dandenong store outlet.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Cash handling
- General store operations
- Drive sales by building a rapport with customers
- Actively listening to customers wants and needs to identify opportunities and solutions
- Stock management and merchandising

**Skills & Experience**
- Australian working rights
- Prior retail sales experience within the bedding, furniture or similar industry is preferred
- Experience exceeding sales goals and KPI targets
- Customer-centric with a genuine friendly 'can do' attitude
- Available to work retail trading hours which include occasional weekend shifts

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $610.00 - $800.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
