**How you’ll make an impact**

You will play a vital role in providing customised assistance with household tasks for each client, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible. You will have the opportunity to build long lasting trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference, everyday.

**A day in the life as a Domestic Assistant at Regis Aged Care may see you support our Clients with;**

Provide services to the client in their home as outlined in the Care Plan, and regularly review the Care Plan to ensure you have an up to date understanding of particular client circumstances, needs and services.

Carrying out duties of general cleaning and support around the client’s home.

You will monitor the client and their environment and report any issues, needs, changes or suggestions to your Client Services manager.

A current driver’s licence

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police check (role dependent), current year flu vaccination, and certification proof, proof of the right to lawfully work in Australia
