Apprentice Carpenter

**Eric Jones Stairbuilding Group** is an Australian family owned business which has been leading the Victorian staircase manufacturing industry since 1947. We specialise in timber/steel residential and commercial staircase construction, and take pride in our reputation for quality, reliability, and service.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated **Apprentice Stairmaker** to join our Timber team in Blackburn and On Site.
- Be trained by qualified trades people

**Duties & Responsibilities -**
- Work in Blackburn workshop and onsite around Melbourne.
- Buddy up with qualified trades people to create and install custom / specialised stairs.
- Use of hand, power tools, and static machinery.
- Read and interpret plans.

**Skills & Experience -**
- Be reliable.
- Have a great eye for detail, and quality.
- Have a White card (preferable).
- Drivers License and car.
- Have an interest in timber work.
