I'm currently looking for an experienced civil/construction Package Manager.
**Your new company**
We've currently partnered with a well-known civil construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Package Manager.
**Your new role**
As the Package Manager, you will play a vital role within the major projects team. You will be looking after the planning, execution, and control of the major project package. Your duties will include,
- Maintain, track and report on project package progress and performance.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for engineers
- Develop detailed scope of works documents for works packages, including coordination of all project aspects, including construction, safety, environmental schedule, and technical requirements.
- Coordination of technical and schedule input for technical specifications
- Stakeholder identification, engagement, and consultation, including managing supplier relationships.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, working to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare and provide advice on cost-saving strategies
- Review and advise contracts and scope departures.
- Ensure compliance with client QA/QC requirements, as well as Company policies, plans and procedures.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of delivering small to medium-sized civil and infrastructure projects
- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
**What you'll get in return**
- Perth-based role with occasional site travel
- Great remuneration $170k - $190k
