LD Total is a multi-award winning landscape company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages. From our beginnings in a small shed, we now have multiple working depots and offices in Perth, the South-West, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland.

**About the Role**:
The Lot Packages Coordinator ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of fencing and landscaping projects by managing logistics, supporting site operations, and maintaining strong communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients.

This role is offered on a full-time basis out of our Carabooda depot and is available for immediate start.

Some key responsibilities are listed below:

- Coordinate and schedule fencing installations across multiple sites.
- Manage the unloading and upkeep of materials in the yard.
- Collate and organise fencing and landscaping materials for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date summaries and records of all activities.
- Provide regular updates to Supervisors and Client Liaisons.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery.
- Assist with the Greenstock process, including ordering and tracking plants.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Previous experience with residential front landscaping (preferred)
- Forklift ticket (preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Reliable, punctual and have excellent time management skills
- Current manual Drivers Licence (MR or HR preferred) and White Construction Awareness Card.
