We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our administration and reservations team. If you are just starting out or are experienced and looking for a new place to grow, you've come to the right place

Coda and Tonka are both hatted restaurants, offering warm and intimate environments, both with a casual but sophisticated feel. Coda’s menu is inspired by French Vietnamese flavours, whilst Tonka is a modern interpretation of the Indian classics.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist our reservations and administrative manager. If you are an experienced admin or FOH person and looking for a change to day time hours, you’ve come to the right place.

We promote efficiency, attention to detail and accuracy, whilst still adopting a style that appreciates the individual. You will ideally be a person who is always friendly and personable yet impresses by anticipating the needs of your customers and colleagues, and strives to over-delivers on service.

What you can provide:

- A friendly professional demeanour with great presentation
- Experience with restaurant booking systems - Now Bookit preferred, but not essential
- Experience with POS Systems - imPOS preferred, but not essential
- Excellent organisational and computing skills
- An aptitude and desire to work within a team but also on your own
