**The Client**
Our highly valued client is a federal government agency, mobilizing a large workforce to deliver a major market transformation.

**The role**
They have a great opportunity for an API and Integration Support Lead to oversee the support of customer facing APIs, and provide maintenance, configuration and testing of API’s and integrations. This is also a team leadership role where you will take responsibility for allocating work, providing guidance and direction.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Troubleshooting API and integration issues, and working with external vendors to resolve them
- Working with level three technical and development teams to investigate and resolve complex incidents
- Working with token-based authentication systems to help external partners with authentication problems
- Develop and maintain documentation on support processes, policies, and configuration
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and management, and external customer partners
- Monitor and report on end-to-end API health, performance, and statistics
- Collate, analyse and produce customised reports and dashboards as required in consultation with ICT and business teams

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong technical skills and experience with APIs and integration, including configuration and support
- excellent customer service and communication skills, including with external customers and internal stakeholders and team members
- Understanding of ITIL methodology
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
