Field Service Technician

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Melbourne based team. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing field based support to our customers, working in collaboration with colleagues, to resolve customer affecting technical issues promptly and in line with agreed SLA's.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installing/commissioning and troubleshooting Glory products and equipment;
- Performing preventative maintenance;
- Installing approved software updates;
- Providing technical support in line with agreed SLA's;
- Training customers in the correct use of Glory products and systems;
- Effectively 'debriefing' and reporting of service calls as required;
- Completing administrative tasks promptly and accurately;
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Glory products and systems;
- Actively participating in the on-call roster to provide after hours and weekend support in line with customer requirements.
- A recognised technical qualification;
- Current drivers licence;
- 1+ years' experience in a technical field role;
- Proven ability to work independently and meet established deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations;
- Commercial awareness;
- Demonstrable technical aptitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
