AT-PAC GROUP is a customer service driven scaffold material supplier and contractor. We are seeking a talented administrator to join our WA operations team in a fulltime role, 38hrs per week preferred hours 07:30am - 15:36pm.

Duties will include:

- First Point of contact for all customer orders, enquiries, and reporting
- Manage yard schedule with Yard Supervisor and coordinate logistics
- Administer Inventory (Accuracy, Timeliness, Reconciliation and Record Keeping)
- Manage Purchasing as required (quotes, purchase order generation and order fulfillment)
- Management of Various Excel Registers and Trackers
- Work closely with Accounts and Engineering teams to ensure all invoicing is completed in a timely manner

Systems/Software Used:

- Avontus Quantify
- Microsoft Excel
- EPICOR

To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have:

- A positive mindset and ability to get fulfillment from completion of routine tasks.
- A genuine desire to help people, both customers and internal team members.
- Some administration experience.
- Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and demonstrate high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to be proactive and show initiative.
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to multi-task

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
