**About the role**
We now have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Counter Sales Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations at Wangara. This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys variety delivering both administration support and customer service at our front counter

**What does my day to day look like?**
- Processing daily sales orders and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Processing daily invoicing and assist to ensure sales orders are ready to be invoiced.
- Meeting and greeting our customers, providing exceptional customer service on our front counter
- Processing product returns and account credit claims.
- End of month KPI reconciliations.
- Maintain and update customer / product data base.
- Maintain an effective filing system.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely supply of products.
- Assist our branch team to deliver excellent customer service.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High accuracy of data entry and data management.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems would be beneficial but not essential.
