**The opportunity**
INNX is seeking an exceptional and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our vibrant team for a four-day work week, Tuesday to Friday. This unique role offers variety, blending the financial management responsibilities of a bookkeeper with the welcoming, customer-facing duties of a front desk receptionist. You will work closely with the INNX Manager and be a central figure in our daily operations, balancing bookkeeping tasks with delivering friendly customer service. The diverse nature of the role, combined with our collaborative and creative work environment, makes this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic and engaging workday.
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Has a proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
- Has a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Is friendly, warm and nurturing.
- Is a problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Has a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is hospitable and anticipates the needs of others.
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management.
**Typical duties include, but aren’t limited to**:
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records for the businesses, including daily transactions, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing and receipt processing,
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage the revenue recovery process to address outstanding accounts and ensure prompt payment.
- Greet and assist locals & visitors.
- Closing the building/facilities.

**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
