- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional issue analysis and resolution skills

- Proficiency in technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Transaction SQL queries, Stored Procedures, triggers, and functions

Additionally, the following would be highly advantageous:

- Proficiency in debugging software using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience in using or supporting ERP systems like PRONTO, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Dynamics AX, Netsuite, SAP
