We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Paralegal** to support our Legal team, including the General Counsel and six lawyers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of legal systems, resources, and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is a 6 month fixed term contract.**What you'll be doing**
- **Create & Build**
- Maintain a centralized SharePoint legal webpage
- Support development of contract management systems and legal knowledge databases
- Assist in creating training materials and internal communications
- **Perform**
- Provide day-to-day legal administrative support
- Manage legal documents and conduct legal research
- Use tools like Canva, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
- **Transform**
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes
- Participate in cross-functional projects to embed legal best practices
- **Compliance**
- Support compliance activities and corporate governance
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy

**What’s in your toolkit?**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, DocuSign)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with digital platforms like Canva and AI tools
- Prior experience in a corporate environment
