**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General HR administration tasks and provide support to the HR team.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- 360 Recruitment including but not limited to posting ads, applicant screening, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Answer incoming calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as required.
- Potential to assist with payroll administration and processing if interested.
**Requirements**:
- Completed or working towards a HR qualification would be a plus.
- Hospitality experience (preferred).
- Administration experience (preferred).
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Available to work 4 or 5 days. (Flexibility is available regarding working hours)
This position requires working in the office. Remote work options are not available.
