The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Digital Experience and Design team, where you will be responsible for designing and optimising AIA’s digital experience ensuring that we are developing digital solutions that guarantee the customers experience through its lifecycle is fluid and intuitive, resulting in a best-in-class experience for every interaction.

We are looking for a determined individual who is customer led and customer focused. If you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and you can influence others, this is the role for you.

To do this successfully you will:

- Lead and support the delivery of strategic and innovative UX and UI projects across the business
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences and deliver optimised designs
- Negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders to ensure our high quality concepts are at the forefront
- Act as an advocate for user experience across the business, increasing engagement and business understanding of the value and benefits of UX
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Design or Multimedia related discipline
- Expert understanding of user interface design and user experience strategy
- Must have excellent design skills and an eye for detail
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects and facilitating cross functional working groups
- Ability to work with and across stakeholder groups including BA, Business owners, Product owners and Developers
- Proven track record of maintaining partnerships, advocacy & influencing at senior levels in a fast-paced environment
