**Female Support Worker (Cantonese Speaking) - Maylands, WA**

**Position**: Female Disability Support Worker
**Location**: Maylands, Western Australia
**Employment Type**: Casual
**Language Requirement**: Fluent in Cantonese (essential)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily living assistance and community participation support
- Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
- Communicate effectively in Cantonese and English with the participant and the care team
- Follow individual support plans and documentation requirements
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold participant dignity

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **Cantonese** and English (verbal communication essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government guidelines)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) clients is highly regarded

- Afternoon shift
