As part of our diverse team based in **Adelaide**, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

This will be a **permanent, full time** position based in the **Adelaide**office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Bring your customer service skills and passion for helping people to learn to provide face to face support to injured workers
- Enhance your understanding of workers compensation legislation, policies, and processes through hands-on and formalised training programs
- Utilise your knowledge and skills to actively manage claims and implement strategies to achieve return to work outcomes
- Successfully complete the claim starter program within the set timeframe.
- Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies while accurately update claim files.
