We are seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to assist a delightful couple in Salisbury Downs. This role involves providing essential support, including manual handling and assistance with daily activities, to ensure the couple's comfort and well-being, particularly when the husband is away.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide manual handling assistance to help the lady move safely and comfortably.
- Assist the lady with toileting and other personal care needs in the absence of her husband.
- Perform household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to maintain a tidy and organized living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to the couple, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
- Monitor and report any changes in the couple's health or living conditions to appropriate parties.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a support worker or caregiver role is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic household chores and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Police clearance and background check.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
