We are currently seeking an accomplished Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant for an engaging role at our South Brisbane Office.

**The scope of your responsibilities includes**:

- Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Account management and conducting client visits.
- Resourcefully sourcing, recruiting, and managing an external workforce to fulfil casual placements.
- Fostering new and ongoing client relationships.
- Undertaking recruitment and selection for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Completing all general administrative tasks independently.

We are looking for an individual who can thrive both independently and as part of a nationwide team, with self-motivation and a proactive approach. Exceptional customer relationship management skills will be integral to your success. The ability to bring creative solutions to challenges, alongside flexibility in working hours, are highly desirable traits due to the dynamic nature of the role.
