Run by Nurses for Nurses the Australian Healthcare Academy (AHA) is a fast-growing Registered Training Organisation operating throughout Australia. We offer continuing education and specialisation courses to nurses as well as Nationally Recognised Training such as First Aid, CPR, and Certificate III level courses.

We are currently seeking Trainer Assessors to deliver the training to Community Support Workers in areas including medication administration, stoma care and chronic and complex care.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Deliver structured, flexible and relevant training sessions to assist all learners to achieve their learning goals, facilitating the development of critical thinking and problem solving
- Support our students meet their learning goals
- Document and monitor students’ progress
- Conduct assessment of competence

**About you**
To be successful in this position you will hold current qualifications of Certificate III in Community Services (CHC32015 and CHC42015) or higher.

You will possess the following:

- Recent experience working in Community Services, aged care and disability
- Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Current and clear National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Experience in teaching or training is desirable but not essential
