- Assisting sites with readiness for ISO certification and implementing system maturity improvements
- Facilitating EHS Management Reviews and annual EHS planning across all sites
- Coaching leaders to identify and mitigate operational risks, and providing hands-on coaching to build internal capability
- Supporting continuous improvement and standardisation of EHS policies, processes and reporting
- Collaborating closely with the Head of EHS and site-based EHS Managers on EHS initiatives
- Influencing and contributing to national EHS strategy, program development, and business reporting

**What we're wanting you to bring to the table**:
You are systems-focused, a great communicator, and passionate about risk management and driving safety and environmental outcomes. You're confident working across varied stakeholder groups and thrive in a role that combines coaching, auditing, systems improvement and national alignment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Safety, Environment or a related discipline
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO45001/ISO14001 or Internal Auditor certification
- 5-10 years' experience in EHS roles, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a complex operational environment
- Expertise or qualifications in environmental management (highly desirable)
- Incident investigation training (e.g. ICAM) and Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of EHS legislative and regulatory requirements
- Strong background in EHS management systems implementation and auditing
- Experience supporting or achieving ISO certification readiness across multiple sites
- Proven ability to engage, influence and coach leaders across multiple teams and locations
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
