Venue Manager Hospitality

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and super-organized Venue Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into the action, and take charge of two new venues in the New Footscray Hospital development which is due to open 28 September 2025, we are keen to get you into one of our existing stores early, so when September approaches you are set up for success.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage large teams across two locations, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Drive customer service standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and inventory control for cost efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies for product innovation and menu development.
- Set and achieve business goals related to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a harmonious workplace.
- Adapt to working under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively lead and collaborate with diverse personalities to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost management.
- Weekly meetings with senior management to discuss financial KPI's and areas of improvement in the business.

**Key Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on coffee and food service.
- Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Experience in procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
- Solid understanding of quality control processes and customer service excellence.
- Creative mindset with a passion for product development and innovation.
- Goal-driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong skills in working with and leading individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
