As a result of our continuous growth and success, we are looking for a **Junior Designer **to join our team.

**The role**

As part of the broader Social and Content team, this is an opportunity to unleash your creativity and work across some of Australia’s most iconic brands. You will be involved in a variety of projects - designing engaging decks, mocks for ideas, and reports to be presented to clients; crafting eye-catching posters and event invites; and creating social assets. The immediate scope of your role will be static and functional design but there may be opportunity to evolve into motion as the need arises.

**What type of person will be successful in this role?**
- 1-3 years’ experience in design with an impressive book
- A good sense of print and digital design, as well as photography and videography skills, a bonus
- Strong skills in Photoshop, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Indesign; EDM design a plus
- The ability to understand and interpret creative briefs
- Proactively identify new and creative approaches to elevate the quality of work produced for our clients
- Able to communicate work and explain the rationale around a certain approach to your design work
