**About the Role**

The Client Services Administrator role adds significant value to the operations of Talogy’s Talent Management business as a vital member of the team, providing excellent standards of service to all external and internal clients who require support or advice on the broad range of Talent Management products and platforms, whilst maintaining our people-focused brand.

In this role you will have responsibilities across the 9 pillars of the Client Experience business function: administration, client support, systems, sales and marketing, project management, human resources, compliance, finance, and IT.

You will have direct client contact, providing critical advice and support to ensure world class delivery standards. Additionally, you will deliver an efficient and effective project management and administration service to our internal and external customers. You will work closely with the Consulting team, organising and managing the delivery of consulting projects and programmes from inception to conclusion.

Additionally, this role delivers an efficient, effective, and professional training management function to our internal and external customers. Your focus will be on organising and managing the delivery of training programmes from inception to conclusion, providing support to our consultants and trainers.

A person in this role is generally expected to work 0** from Monday to Friday. Working outside typical office/opening hours to accommodate when working with others across time zones is required. A hybrid work from home and the office is standard for this role. Travel to client sites as well as interstate and international travel is required.

**Who We Are Looking For?**

This role requires someone with experience in client services or administration, project coordination, and problem solving. The role holder needs to be comfortable liaising with external clients on a daily basis as well as internal teams, able to work without close supervision, organising their own time and using their initiative to deal with a range of tasks and queries.

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience in a client service, administration and/or project coordination role
- Organised but with a flexible approach to tasks and able to use own initiative
- Professional, personable, and able to work collaboratively
- Confident communicator verbally and written
- Methodical, accurate and detail conscious
- Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to co-ordinate the variety of tasks needed to fulfil the job requirements
- Client orientation with a focus on providing an excellent client experience.
- Commitment to maintaining and improving customer service standards
- Able to use own initiative to resolve queries and problems
- Highly proactive, always looking ahead and taking action as required
- Genuine enthusiasm to make a contribution to the company
- An interest in continuously developing knowledge of Talogy platforms and products, to provide a high standard of service to clients and identify opportunities to make improvements to systems and processes
