Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Client Partnerships team. This role is instrumental in supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, accurate administration, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.
  • Maintain organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records, including client contact details and sales activities.
  • Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems.
  • Support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations.
  • Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials to meet campaign timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting, including screenshots and tearsheets.
  • Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment, is desirable.
