An exciting opportunity for a Business Services Manager / Senior Managers in the North Shore who are looking for something different, while working for a variety of innovative clients and adding value - many within the R & D space. This is a true business partnering role, with compliance at a minimum. The firm is innovative, tech-savvy and has a great culture. You will have the flexibility to work up to 50% of your time from home.

**Duties within this role**:

- Cash flow, forecasting, budgeting
- Mentoring and speaking with clients on a regular basis with business partnering ensuring you are assisting clients to meet their goals
- Reviewing of financials, tax returns, BAS, IAS
- Tax Planning and structuring
- Managing a team and a workflow of up to 10 staff

**Skills and personal attributes**:

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- CA/CPA qualified
- Approximately 10+ years of experience within a Business Services position
- Motivated, proactive, a positive attitude and client-focused
- Team-oriented, approachable and willing to mentor
- Experience and/or skills with Xero accounting software is desirable, not essential
