Assistant Manager or Manager - Business Services: Sydney

Looking to step into a leadership role with more variety, more client strategy, and more room to grow? This mid-tier firm is growing and looking for someone to help lead its Business Services team. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee workflow, and deliver a mix of tax, compliance and strategic advisory services.

Key responsibilities

- Review complex financials and tax work prepared by the team
- Deliver business structuring, forecasting, and advisory solutions
- Guide and mentor juniors and intermediates
- Engage with Partners and contribute to strategic discussions
- Monitor workflow and budgets across your portfolio

What you bring

- 5-8+ years in business services or tax
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience managing client relationships and junior staff
- Strong communication and a solutions-first mindset
