**About the position**
- Film, edit and publish compelling digital content for distribution across our core channels
- Manage our YouTube and TikTok channels, ensuring consistent branding, high-quality content, and optimal performance.
- Develop compelling and engaging video content ideas to align with marketing strategy
- Produce high quality video content and digital assets across a variety of organic, owned, and paid channels
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align video content with our overall marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online video production, social media, and digital marketing
- Conduct research and gather insights to identify video trends and use this knowledge to propose creative and captivating content ideas.
- Support day-to-day operations by actively contributing to creative idea generation, brainstorming sessions, and content planning meetings.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in video content development using the Adobe suite including Adobe Premiere and After Effects (showcasing your skills through a portfolio or showreel is required).
- In-depth knowledge of overall post-production processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Understanding of optimising video content for online/social platforms is desirable.
- Keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into captivating video content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive, well organised, and solution oriented.
- Proactive attitude towards staying updated with the latest video trends, technologies, and techniques.
- This role would suit a junior with 0-5 years of experience.
