At the core of Kennard Self Storage are its people, otherwise known as the KSS Team. The KSS Team have a passion for customer service and strive to go above and beyond our customers expectations with every interaction.

The majority of our team are on the front line attending to customers. Generally when a customer requires storage they are seeking some space for change. Overwhelmingly our teams thrive at the opportunity to assist and find that space for the customer and taking away that stress.

KSS team members are empowered to operate their locations as if they own it. There is no micro managing here, in fact our core value is FREEDOM. KSS team members are encouraged to make their own decisions and “give it a go” coupling this with a culture of encouragement, ownership and constructive behaviours, team members have the FREEDOM to be themselves either cementing a career at KSS or taking their experience to further progress in their careers.
