**What do you**
**do?**
- Client communication & liaison
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Present knowledge & information
- Manage client information & portfolios
- General administration
- Liaise with internal office support team regularly
- Report to Team Leader
- Work towards deadlines and meet KPI’s

**What do you need?**
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar role
- A positive workplace attitude
- The ability to learn & utilise current skills
- Ability to work autonomously & in a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
- Industry knowledge
