For more information, head over to our website: Home | Sanitarium Health Food Company **The Role** - Provide proactive and collaborative leadership. - Ensure team tasks are completed to a high standards. - Review and approve day shift teams timecards. - Coordination of employee training. - Supporting recruitment processes as the need arises. - Lead performance management discussions as required. - Conducts storeperson duties as required. **The Person** Ideally the successful applicant will have: - Experience leading a team. - Strong communication skills; written and verbal. - Demonstrated experience coaching and developing employees. - Demonstrated experience resolving workplace conflicts. - Positive, go getter attitude - Qualifications in frontline leadership would be of benefit but are not essential. **Our Culture** Here at Sanitarium, we have a very collaborative culture underpinned by our organisation's purpose of "Changing lives everyday through whole person health". **Benefits to You** - Sanitarium ceases operations from Friday sundown until Saturday sundown.
