LaManna Premier Group (LPG) is one of Australia's largest fresh produce supply chain companies. LPG provides both its domestic and overseas customers with a single source of supply across a diverse range of fruit and vegetable categories.

We currently have a vacancy at our Perth Operations for a capable, service driven, Team Leader.

Reporting to the Section Leader your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving the WHS program, ensuring the team follow all appropriate safety systems and processes.
- Ensuring orders are packed and picked according to all appropriate procedures.
- Organising production activities ensuring objectives and targets are achieved within required time frames.
- Collaborating with the quality department to ensure assurance and systems compliance.
- Optimising current processes and instigation of continuous improvement activity.
- Providing leadership and daily direction for staff.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and abilities:

- Motivated to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Ability to work early morning (6am start) and a weekend day.
- Ability to coordinate activities efficiently and effectively.
- Embrace a hands on attitude with the ability to assist with picking and packing when required.
- Strong team plater with good communication skills, fostering a great team culture.

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
