As a Support Worker you will provide personal care, community access and person-centred supports to clients with a disability to undertake everyday activities, whilst fostering independent living skills and to empower them to make choices that will lead to fulfilment and achievement of individual goals

You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team and be provided with individualised training so you can best support our varied cohort of clients.

**What do **Y**ou need?**:
Our ideal Disability Support Worker will display strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly develop rapport with people of varied abilities and diverse backgrounds. You will be able to think on your feet and work autonomously as required.

**You will meet the following requirements.**
- Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate III or higher in Individual Support/Aged Care/Community Services or similar or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR
- A current Australian driver’s licence, comprehensive insurance and a reliable registered motor vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check or willingness to obtain
